Dumping Complainant Application Form:

	Aim The aim of this form is to help the complainant to provide all data and evidence that supports the application. The complainant should submit adequate evidence and data showing the causal link between the dumped imports and the injury suffered by the domestic industry that justifies its request for anti-dumping measures to be applied. This information should be provided on the company’s letterhead. The complainant should provide two versions of its complaint: a confidential version containing the confidential information requested in this Application Form; and a non-confidential version, which has commercially sensitive information removed, but which otherwise reproduces the confidential version.
