The Fourth Ministerial Conference of the Forum On China- Africa Cooperation was held in egypt during the period 8-9 November 2009 with the participation of Ministers of foreign affairs, trade and economic cooperation of china and 49 African countries. The main outcome was approving the Sharm Elsheik Action Plan (2010-2012).
